At Keira Art, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Here's how our return and exchange policy works:

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day, no-risk money-back guarantee on your order. You only need to pay the freight for the return. To qualify for a return:

• It must be less than 30 days since you received the artwork.
• The artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in appropriate packaging, ideally in its original packaging.
• Artworks must be carefully readied for return shipment in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. If the original packaging is damaged, please use professional packaging from the courier company to ensure that the goods we receive are not damaged

Damaged Items

We offer complimentary exchanges for damaged items. If your item was damaged during transportation, please:

• Send us a message with your order number.
• Include a photo of the damaged artwork and the outer packaging.
• Let us deal with the courier companies. We will ship out the replacement within a few days.

Return Shipping Fees

• If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will be based on the express company you choose.
• If the goods received are damaged, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us at info@keiraart.com to return or exchange your order. Note:

• You have 30 days from receipt of the artwork to request a return and a further 14 days to fulfill it.
• For artworks that arrived damaged, we ask for a photo of the damage to understand what went wrong with the shipment.

*If the packaging was insufficient, please package to the best of your ability and be sure to take pictures for insurance purposes.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned items:

• It will take up to 3 business days to process the refund.
• For PayPal and Shop Pay account holders, it will take up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your account.
• For credit card refunds, it will take between 7-15 business days for the transaction to be completed.
